This is much better than some of your other renderings. You're starting to use lighter values and blending them better. What I notice is you love to shade and use your pencil and proportion gets lost. If you spent more time setting up, you wouldn't have to go back and attempt to fix. the left side near the hand is out of proportion, which is too late to change.

Nitpicks - there is something a little off about the face. I'm not sure if its what the good folks ahead of me said, or if its what I'm seeing -
which is that her chin seems a bit too large. It may be her entire lower jawline. I'm not sure. Her left hand seems a little odd - i think the palm/heel area is too large while her fingers are a little too short.

Liek the others also said - keep at it. Keep drawing...you're getting there...nice work.

Please avoid using celebrity photos as their are copyright laws to keep in consideration. I suggest you take your own reference pictures in the future.

her eyes look a bit different - her left one seems more .. round
the hair seems to lose continuity at some points - like the windy effect, though
like the position of her fingers - i'm really bad at drawing hands myself
her nose and her eyebrowes look very nice... but that mouth and teeth ... not so good keep working
